The service at this hotel was fantastic. Upon arrival, I was offered a choice of beer or water and was informed that the room came with complimentary beverages in the fridge. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with amenities. The staff were helpful in showing me how to use the AC remote and the WiFi worked well. Another great feature was the water coolers on every floor for refilling bottles or cups.

The hotel is in need of a remodel, with outdated wallpaper and a slightly strange smell in the rooms. The fitness center was not up to par and not suitable for a workout.

The hotel offered complimentary drinks upon my arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient for those needing to go to the airport or Osan AB. the hotel rooms were very clean and had amenities such as a fridge with complimentary drinks.

The hotel really needs some updating. the rooms were outdated and had a strange smell.
